There are Ranked Choice Voting initiatives on the ballot in both Bloomington and Minnetonka, and some voters still have questions about it. Rep. Steve Elkins is the lead author for Ranked Choice Voting bills in the MN House and will be available to take your RCV questions during his weekly “office hours” this evening at 7 PM.
