Absentee/early voting for the General Election is Sept. 17 through Nov. 1, and can be done by mail or in person at Bloomington City Hall:

• Monday-Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

• Sat., Oct. 30: 10am – 3pm 

• Mon., Nov. 1: 8am – 5pm

Three of 7 council seats are on the ballot – district 3, district 4, and one at-large seat. All of the city council races will use Ranked Choice Voting because they all have more than two candidates.

School board is also on the ballot - this will NOT use Ranked Choice Voting, and voters can choose up to 4 candidates.
